- Full payment (room only rate) by credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation. We will issue a full refund if you cancel by 10am, three days prior to arrival. No refund will be offered if cancelled later or in case of no-show. We recommend to take travel insurance in case you do need to cancel on a short notice.
- The card used to book your stay may be charged should any damages be discovered upon departure.
- Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am daily. Late check-out may incur a surcharge.
- Prices are subject to change.
- If you book through a third party and wish to cancel, you must do this through the agent that you originally booked. Unfortunately we cannot refund any third party bookings.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the hotel.
- Pets are not permitted in the hotel.
- Strictly only food bought in the hotel can be consumed on the premises.
