Complimentary WiFi access is available throughout the hotel, including all guest bedrooms.

We will issue a full refund if you cancel by 10am, three days prior to arrival. No refund will be offered if cancelled later or in case of no-show. We recommend to take travel insurance in case you do need to cancel on a short notice.

If you book through a third party and wish to cancel, you must do this through the agent that you originally booked. Unfortunately we cannot refund any third party bookings.

Unfortunately our hotel does not have lift access. However, our staff are more than happy to assist you.

We have free on-site car parking for up to 14 cars.

Late check-out may incur a surcharge.

Family rooms are available and additional beds and cots are available on request. Subject to availability.

Unfortunately pets are not permitted in the hotel. However, guide and assistance dogs are more than welcome.

We are committed to providing our guests with a smoke free environment. All guest rooms and public areas are non-smoking.

Our head chef has tried to make sure that we have something for everyone on our menus. However, if you have a special diet that we should be made aware of, advance notice is preferred, so please do not hesitate to get in touch, prior to dining or staying with us. This includes notifying us of any food allergies or intolerances.
